Team Supervision, Coordination & Professional Development: Manage a team of property managers and support staff, overseeing tenant onboarding, lease renewals, and property upkeep. I am also committed to their professional development, providing regular coaching, training, and feedback to support their growth in order to meet the company standards. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Pursuing and securing new clients (such as property owners or real estate investors) to bring more properties under management. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation, building strong, long-term relationships with property owners. Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient running of daily operations, maintaining high standards. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and team performance. Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting, ensuring profitability across the property portfolio. Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue, reduce costs, and maintain financial performance while delivering exceptional service. Market Growth & Expansion: Drive market growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities in the local property market. Support the expansion of the property portfolio and actively contribute to increasing the company’s market share. Key Skills & Achievements:
