• Provide administrative support to executives; conduct market research, prepare documents and presentations for meetings, mail, fax, scan, email and phone correspondence
• Responsible for maintaining complex calendar; creating and updating invites, and updating executive about appointments with various clients
• Develop working relationships with external clients and their assistants to facilitate the information flow and scheduling process
• Organize and maintain reports and data files, make sure they are arranged in a perfect manner so as to avoid any inconvenience in business matters
• Prepare and format information for internal and external distribution. • Monitors and evaluates effectiveness and efficiency of services provided by subcontractors; review quarterly reports; conducts on-site visits; provides technical assistance and oversight in the interpretation and coordination of data collection of grants and contracts
• Assists in carrying out program grants management processes and responsibilities to ensure grant recipients are implementing their scopes of work and achieving the targeted outcomes; monitoring grant recipients by reviewing online monthly program reports, annual site visits, issuing specific site visits, and desk reviews
