•Prepared quality procedures to be adopted and implemented at the site, and seek approval from the Principal contractor.
•Ensured that only top quality goods are being supplied as per procurement.
•Oversees the implementation of the detailed quality assurance and control plan.
•Reviewed Audit findings and implements necessary improvements and corrective actions.
•Performed quality control inspection and construction activities to ensure compliance with contract specifications. When the results reveal any non-compliance with applicable specifications, directs immediate and appropriate corrective actions.
•Reviewed in detail all submitted shop drawings, certification of compliance, manufacturer literature, material sample, and guarantee equipment data.
•Conducted periodic site inspection and test, prepares reports. When corrective action request have been raised, undertakes follow-up action to determine the effectiveness and completion of the action.
•Responsible for the control of documents at the construction site.
•Reviewed approved design documents prior to implementation to ensure effective quality assurance-control.
•Ensured that approved design documents are properly controlled and used at the construction
•Close monitored punch-list and balance of works.
•Assisted Project-in-charge in the preparation of submittals upon issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP), such as Materials submittals (product data), shop drawings, HVAC Design, methodology of installation in compliance to the contract specifications.
•Supervised CAD operators in generating proposed shop drawings that is needed to resized, reroute or redesign as per actual site conditions requirements and secure approval of Mechanical consultants prior to installation.
•Conducted site Testing & Commissioning until project handover
