The team met 250+ functional requirements and 4000+ security controls to receive the TSA’s Authority to Operate in December of 2023.

Apr. 2019 - Dec. 2020Fairfax, VAResponsible for the management and growth of all Federal IT Programs including major Cybersecurity work at HHS and VA. Overall management of 150 resources with over $28 million in revenue. Improved relationships with customers, partners and subcontractors with frequent customer site visits and the installation of an assistant PM in the large Atlanta SOC location. I also developed new policies, procedures and individual performance reviews to ensure that our customers received the best possible support. Worked with Business Development on capture management activities as well as proposal preparation.

Feb. 2012 - Apr. 2019Arlington VAResponsible for managing all aspects of the Immigration Courts Office of IT PMO including hiring, training, and directing all on-site staff. Grew the PMO team from 4 resources to 25, managing 20 projects with a total budget of $113 million. Completely overhauled all processes, policies and procedures to efficiently move from delivering 3 projects to 20. Improvements included modified Waterfall/Agile development and exploring new tools such as ServiceNow to improve team coordination and executive level reporting.

Jun. 2010 - Dec. 2011Ran the $100 Million Customs and Border Protection (CBP) IDIQ License Plate Reader (LPR) Program, which provided solutions including Mobile, Fixed and Handheld LPR’s to the CBP border checkpoints. Managed business development efforts within our DHS group including EAGLE II and proposal management.

Oct. 2008 - Jun. 2010Managed the Targeting System software releases using a customized agile process to increase the quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Improved the requirements process which resulted in more requirements being implemented while still allowing last minute security profile changes. Release quality increased with no production rollbacks while increasing the number of deployed customer requirements.
