• Service Delivery: Development & Delivery of EPCM Proposals, Estimates, Plans & Schedules / Timeline Management / Chairing Workshops (eg. Risks) / Advising Clients on Financial & Business Models, Risk, Feasibility, Cash Flow etc. / Project Scoping / Resource Scheduling
