During my tenure, I successfully re-engaged an external marketing agency in the U.S., driving the highest sales volume the company has seen since its inception in July 2024. I also organized and streamlined the backend of various platforms used for data assessment and gathering, addressing critical gaps in certifications to ensure the business was properly registered with Google and across key eCommerce channels vital to the DTC space. In addition, I provided the necessary collateral and assets for the London EV Show, ensuring the company was professionally represented at this EV Industry event. At DFly Technologies, I led the global marketing strategy to redefine personal mobility through innovation, creativity, and customer-centric solutions. My responsibilities included driving revenue growth, enhancing brand presence, and optimizing marketing operations. I collaborated with agency partners to streamline digital and traditional marketing efforts, spearheaded initiatives to establish DFly as a leader in the evolving electric vehicle space, and focused on transforming our eCommerce presence. This included improving website UI/UX, maximizing the effectiveness of paid and organic campaigns, and fostering a cohesive, data-driven marketing approach. Through key opportunities such as the London EV Show, Black Friday, and end of year holiday campaigns, I delivered impactful results that resonated with our customers and elevated the DFly brand globally.
