Apr. 2017 - Jun. 2019*Manage complex calendars for multiple members of the Executive Leadership Team, primarily the CEO + Director of Operations, occasionally would assist the CFO, This includes scheduling meetings and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts while ensuring executives are prioritizing meetings effectively.
*Support the front desk, answer multiple phone lines, reply to emails
*Manage and book all aspects of travel for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, transportation, itineraries and submitting travel expenses.

*Maintained calendars for other team leads, managers & assisted on projects
*Assisted with marketing initiatives (flyers, brochures, social media & promotional items)

*Prepared new-hire paperwork, training, onboarded new employees
*Updated PTO & sick day requests
*Assisted facilities department as needed
*Distributed mail & handled outgoing shipments
