• Increased parent giving participation from 40% to 70% and annual revenue from $525K to $725K by designing a new annual fund program and launching a parent ambassador initiative.
• Secured major gifts, including a $1M grant and $350K donation, to revitalize a stalled capital campaign, successfully completing critical projects.
• Grew scholarship funds from $300K to $700K through targeted donor engagement and fundraising strategies.
• Spearheaded a $17M capital campaign, overseeing contributions from seven-figure donors, to support a new lower school, athletic facilities, and a 20-acre land acquisition.
