Engaged contract manufacturing firm to prepare for scale build, developed validation and testing procedures for fleet of test stands and validation hardware. Quotes in hand for a 200 unit build, saving 25% compared to the initial manufacturing process. Deployed 16 new test stands into the existing facility after a complete overhaul of build validation and deployment process. Improved the install time from 1 stand per week to 4 stands per week. Developed new maintenance and support model to sustain large fleet with a very small team Led PLM and PDM implementations in order uplevel the documentation control and development for all products at the company. Trained the entire engineering org and supervised outside contractors through implementation.
