- Driving sales, expanding the customer base, generating new revenue (ARR)
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior executives at Enterprise and mid-size business
- Monitoring the market and competitor products, and activities and providing sales forecasting
- Lead in-person client presentations to C-level executives, including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations, proposals, and closing deals
- Hiring and training the sales team (SDRs and Sales Managers, Sales Executives)
- Recruiting new team members for other departments - International Sales Managers and Customer Success
-Collaborating with internal product teams and providing feedback from the field to help shape future development
- Cooperating with the marketing to support sales enablement and online promotional materials - Establishing the office
- Representing the company at the marketing conferences
