Coordinate Payroll M&A Integration calls and manage legacy payroll team relationships;
Coordinate with acquired company's payroll team on processes and policies associated with payroll and manage country specific integration plans to integrate activities into Oracle tools and payroll systems.
Coordinate with HR and Compensation&Benefits team, synthesizing benefit and retirement plans into current payroll;
Main point of contact for the Payroll Operations team, regarding the harmonisation approach, duration and payroll set- up requirements;
Retain and manage legacy payroll data, documentation and software (hard and soft copies) and ensure that the archived payroll data is readily available for any future payroll tax audits or notices;
Ensure year- end tax fillings are completed by legacy payroll team or vendor;
Request clearing certificates from local tax authorities, to ensure there are no outstanding payments from former payroll vendor;
Collaborate and work closely with other members of M&A teams within Oracle pertaining to the acquisition (HR, C&B, Treasury, Global Controllers Organisation, Global Mobility, Systems team, Accounts Payable);
Manage deregistration of legacy company payroll tax accounts;
