Nov. 1998 - May. 2010This was a very varied position. I reviewed all reports and invoices for accuracy prior to being sent to the client. I was also the IT Manager and in this position I maintained software on the surveyor's laptops and admin staff desktops. I did minor hardware changes when necessary (added memory, changed hard drives out, etc.) I also oversaw the typing bin for the admin staff and made sure that the reporting was being completed in a timely manner. Before being promoted to the dual role of Quality Control and IT Managers, I was the executive assistant to the Cargo Director. I managed calls, typed reports, arranged travel and kept a calendar.
