Also, negotiated and secured: interconnection agreements with other communications carriers; retransmission agreements with local broadcast stations; pole attachment and conduit usage agreements with investor owned and public owned utilities; and resale agreements with Sprint and DISH. Served as TESS's lead regulatory contact to the FCC, state public utility commissions, and with local franchising authorities.
