Responsible for all project management practices (Scaled Kanban and Scrum), the project management personnel and the team’s knowledge-base, resources and artifacts.
- Delivery lead for the new Xenial Platform, created to replace all legacy systems in the company with a $65 Million (USD) budget and 90 resources in 5 locations worldwide. Critical component in switching business unit model from software licensing to SaaS.
- Led the customer-facing project to replace the legacy Taco Bell mobile app platform with Xenial, including all aspects of customer and account management, contract negotiations, change management, new product development/testing and delivery management.
- Completed the 0-1 delivery of the XPEDITE Kitchen System (lightweight POS), a top strategic goal for the company in 2015.
- Successfully built the PPMO team focused on managing individual products and programs, establishing divisional on-time releases. - Established the Product Management framework for our Scaled Agile teams, monthly producing new features using Scaled Kanban. - Deployed the first cross-platform customer on-boarding & project delivery program in the company, simultaneously launching the pilot phase with all main company products installed at the pilot sites for Au Bon Pain, adding $1 Million (USD) in recurring yearly revenue.
