• Integrated talent acquisition activities and offer/on-boarding process into the in-scope services < 30 days of accepting role. Within 60 days of piloting process, onboarded 311 people with a <2% error rate, cross training 8 HR coordinator resources in the process, while turning over the original team with the exception of 2 people.
• Re-launched the US LATAM support model 4 months later for US, integrating remaining LATAM countries by year-end, delivering services in 3 languages
• Reported to the CHRO. Team size was a total of 20 direct reports while restructuring this area to include HRIS, and HR Compliance
