Oct. 2011• Instruct undergraduate students in Theories of Personality, Abnormal Psychology, Introduction to Psychology, Forensic Psychology, Counseling Theories, Ethics, Child Development, Life Span Development, Social Psychology, Educational Psychology, Research Methods, Substance Abuse Counseling, and The Psychology of Personality in an online, asynchronous environment.
• Provide offline instruction to those students that required additional assistance.
• Responsible for providing weekly performance feedback on student discussion threads and written work. • Facilitate online discussions through the use of critical thinking skills and posing challenging questions to students.
• Promote an ethical learning environment by ensuring the strictest adherence to the University’s academic integrity policy.
• Perform conflict management between students and study groups as required.
• Participate in professional development workshops to further knowledge base
• Course development/course author/instructional design
• Proficient in Blackboard and eCollege learning systems
