Managed a budget of $1.2 million in life-saving equipment, including procurement, maintenance, and inventory control, to ensure optimal functionality and readiness for emergency response missions. Utilized project management methodologies to coordinate and execute critical care air transport missions, including logistical planning, resource allocation, and risk management, ensuring seamless operations and timely response to medical emergencies. Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including medical personnel, aviation specialists, and support staff, to coordinate mission requirements, optimize resource utilization, and mitigate operational challenges. Implemented continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in critical care air transport operations.
