At time of return to HQ, we had staff strength of 26 employees and with clear and stable growth for the next 5 years. • Successfully implemented Realtime Online Cost Control System within Ranhill Group’s Global ERP Application to enable automated cost monitoring, cost reporting, pro-active cost overrun warnings and freeze of committed orders. This was used in ALL local and overseas Projects in Ranhill’s Infrastructure Division, and resulted in improved cost monitoring, controls, governance and compliance.
