• Oversee implementation of 4 monorail projects in Brazil, India and Malaysia under very difficult business climate.
• Successfully set up Scomi’s outfit in Sao Paulo, Brazil from scratch. At time of return to HQ, we had staff strength of 26 employees and with clear and stable growth for the next 5 years.
• Successfully implemented Realtime Online Cost Control System within Ranhill Group’s Global ERP Application to enable automated cost monitoring, cost reporting, pro-active cost overrun warnings and freeze of committed orders.
