Sep. 2006 - Nov. 2016My role involved managing the business operational elements of change, configuration and problem management for Customer Service Delivery, Global Contact Centre and Order to Activate systems to enhance the customer experience and improve operational effectiveness and efficiency. I helped to provide the IT Governance for GCC and act as a key interface on behalf of the Customer Service Delivery, Global Contact Centre and Order to Activate businesses for all internal and external suppliers ensuring all contractual arrangements are met. I also perform regular maintenance of the teams’ Intranet and Support Central sites and provision detailed reporting to the SLT on the performance of the Service Operations Support team and the management of all incidents.
