Product offering includes perfumes, sprays and solids, candles, bath wash, lotions, body cream in a variety of naturally combined scents. •Envisioned, created and implemented a 6 month dive into brand essence with beauty company, Pacifica Inc. Initiatives included company research, gap analysis, cultural assessment, and building of the company’s Brand Platform. •Co-created and built a three pronged marketing strategy for Pacifica Inc. Initiatives were developed by re-creating the way women can experience fragrance. Tactics included identifying meaningful ways personae desire communication via direct, online and in-store experiences. •Through consumer research, revealed and implemented the key personae core to Pacifica’s success. The personae were used to develop selling tools, more meaningful online experiences and brand voice in new distribution. •Pursued international and TV channels for Pacifica for roll-out in 2011. •Surfaced and exposed core misalignments inside Pacifica’s culture preventing the company from scaling successful product launches and building solid executive and selling teams. Subsequently designed a roll-out for aligning both executive and selling teams to the company’s core values.
