・Built the entire Recruiting Function from ground up; drove improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting practice and process ・Built out and implemented Employer branding and DE&I efforts ・Co-lead ATS data migration to Lever, implementing best practices and standardized reports
・Created a comprehensive database through GEM, showcasing our data and analytics
・Pushed our time to fill down from 50 plus days to 28 days, from the time we posted a role, to the time the candidate accepted the offer, by implementing interview training and more effective hiring processes. ・Pulled and generated reports and insights for stakeholders on health of candidate pipelines
