Recognized by Executive leadership for reducing costs by $2,500 per event annually. - Led the onboarding and training collaboration teams with 11 employees for legal and security organizations, collaborating with executives in legal, physical security, and cyber security. Developed and implemented three functional literacy programs using multiple communication platforms and senior leader championing, with 20% of all organizational employees completing training within the first week. - Developed and implemented an automated system combining five databases containing location information for 3,800 sites, using Agile Lean Six Sigma methodologies combined with Smartsheet and Google Suite platforms. Reduced annual planning lead time for the Security Inspection team by 84% and saved $35k in travel funds annually.
