Meeting new customers every day. Interacting with business customers. Providing solutions for any problems that customers may have. Creating experiences, teaching, educating and ensuring they leave the store happy and having learnt something new. Working at Apple has reinforced my communication skills, helped with my confidence and built up my technology knowledge.
