Overseeing projects from the moment when all administrative conditions for construction. Planning the project and lead a multidisciplinary team including engineering, Legal, Procurement and H&S.
Managing the subcontractor and supplier contracts, legal and contractual provisions, bonds, payments and claims. Responding promptly and effectively to changing circumstances, planning for contingencies and managing conflicting priorities while ensuring a commercial approach to resolution of any onsite issues.
Working in a fast-paced high-pressure environment with the ability to consistently meet deadlines with the highest quality whether working solo or as part of a team. Providing sound and practical solutions, ensuring that all systems are successfully implemented in compliance with legislation whilst maintaining safe working practices.
Working flexibly to accommodate the changing needs of the business, working long hours and taking on additional responsibilities.
