1- Definition and implementation of a Change Management Plan.

o Engagement: Follow-up due to change and restructuring plan:
NPS 2016: 51 NPS 2017.1: 29 NPS 2017.2: 53 NPS 2018: 45
o Actions related to new capacity: 76% in 2018
o New employees with new skills: 56% in 2018 2- Definition of an Employee Brand Strategy
LinkedIn Followers: 25% increase on 2017 and 27% on 2018 3- Definition and implementation of an Internal Communication plan focused on supporting all the initiatives already mentioned and supporting the needs of the business. 4- Responsible for Personal Administration: Payroll, e-social, Benefits and Taxes - Optimizing Processes and Systems 5- Responsible for physical installations and work environment. 6- Implementation of the entire cycle of people (R&S, T&D, Remuneration, Performance Management)
