- Creating training programmes, learning modules and information database for new and existing team members,carrying out recruitment assessments and training new members of staff.
- Facilitating the training sessions with the staff of various departments within the Trust, evaluating and analyzing results of the training. - Key Performance Indicator surveys with each member of the team, addressing the training issues.
- Providing technical support to the team on various issues related to operating Microsoft Office, Share Point, Arena and Internet Payment System Salesforce.
- Carrying out call listening Key Performance Indicator surveys with each member of the team and produce the performance reports.
- Carrying out regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Participating in development of operational strategy, actively looking ways to improve service.
- Producing monthly statistical reports to a Head of Department and Group Board. I have created the team website with the "Home Owner Team Wiki" - library of the documents of our department. Our website has also different features such as library of external links and sites, team diary, team photos, rota, team meeting minutes etc
I have actively participated with IT on development and introduction of new operating modules to Home Ownership Team. I’ve carried out individual training with the staff and designed training manual.
