Building lasting relationships with key retail customers and facilitating a clean onboarding process according to retailers VOG´S (Harrods, Anthropologie, Made, Maison du Monde etc). Providing retail partners with weekly reports. Liaise with for customers and anticipate their needs, handling and solving queries. Regular liaison with logistics teams worldwide (Europe, USA and UK / 3 3PL´S)in terms of order processing to ensure timely delivery decreasing claims and shipping issues accordingly. Responsible of creating and implementing daily workflows by focusing on enhancement in continuous customer service processes. Responsible for SOP compliance and updating processes accordingly. Carry out negotiation with suppliers and logistic partners abroad when needed. Inventory Management for all product lines worldwide. Overview of design and artwork for customised products. Create and distribute various reports using excel and analytical techniques for the all teams accordingly (sales, billing, forecasting etc). Team supervision on daily tasks. Product listings on Shopify (managing 6 backends) / Woocommerce (managing 16 backend). Content collaboration for social media. Photography editing for product listings. Manage online sales on Marketplaces such as Faire, Abound, Bulletin, FY, Etsy.
