Current greenfield project of establishing new multi-million dollar factory. Workday superuser, systems knowledge and understanding of integrations (Workday, Chris21/ Datacom, Cornerstone, Fraedom, Salesforce, JDE, Qualtrics), performance management/ disciplinary, partner with managers on performance review and remuneration, weekly and monthly reporting and analysis of people metrics (including leave liability, absenteeism, turnover, demographics, staff numbers), company face for payroll administration and queries, recruitment GM-2, all on-boarding/ offloading, company events coordination, recognition and benefits management, own the Engagement survey process and empower managers to achieve retention through a time of major change, IT implementation testing, ad hoc HR advice to Strategic Management Team, attending FBu-level training and reporting back to team. *Work closely with the green field project team to make commercial people management and talent acquisition decisions through a period of rapid growth with a multi-million dollar new factory build in a new location
*Ownership over the employee lifecycle including recruitment (GM-2), engagement and performance, all on-boarding/ offloading, company events coordination, recognition and benefits management
*Weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting and analysis of people metrics including but not limited to leave liability, absenteeism, turnover, demographics, staff numbers. Utilize systems reports, Excel VLOOKUPs and pivot tables *Systems super-user and main point of contact for HRIS (Workday) reporting, queries and responsible for ensuring data integrity. Systems knowledge and understanding of multiple complex integrations between systems
