In my role, I was responsible for driving regional and cross-border initiatives, with key contributions including: Leading local and international brand advertising and promotion projects, from pitching and closing deals to execution.
Managing content distribution and licensing to maximize content reach and revenue potential.
Overseeing YouTube CMS management for Indonesia and providing support to partners' YouTube channel management.
Consolidating regional resources to optimize collaboration across WebTVAsia’s extensive network.
Identifying growth opportunities and developing strategies to expand partnerships and penetrate new digital content markets.
Sourcing, pitching, and closing high-value partnerships, building a strong sales pipeline through market analysis and tracking partner achievements.
Creating new marketing opportunities and maximizing revenue potential through progressive digital advertising solutions.
Shaping corporate brand strategy, providing design direction, and leading business development initiatives.
Negotiating and managing complex partnership agreements, including contract development and integration into business operations.
