• Acted as the liaison between Ad Operations and Finance, coordinated ad delivery data for sales revenue earned weekly/monthly for the company and promoted open lines of communication between all groups of all product and support issues.
• Worked in conjunction with the Accounting group to ensure billing procedures were followed and accuracy was achieved in reporting for all month-end billing cycles by deadline.
• Led the integration of the Sales Associate and Campaign Management teams, to a combined role, to achieve staffing requirements and business efficiencies, resulting in 15% decreased headcount requirements and improved cycle times.
• Managed an 8-person client services team between 2 distributed offices in MA and NY, to support all Account Executives on the East Coast.
