Sep. 2015 - May. 2016Work directly with client and Benefitfocus leadership to develop, execute, and evolve a comprehensive business solution that reflects strategic client business objectives. On a day-to-day basis, this includes: Requirements gathering on-site Remote Requirements gathering Daily scrum calls Weekly/bi-weekly client calls (or as needed and defined by the client) Requirements documentation for client sign-off Requirements documentation for engineering review and estimation Building prototypes within the Platform for client demonstrations and testing Testing support in all phases of the client relationship/contract/project (starting from SFTP connectivity testing through to Go-Live) Updating requirements based upon approved Change Requests as well as approved engineering estimates, edited and approved SOWs from the Sales Team
Collaborate and coordinate with all internal teams, external vendors and other key partners to achieve program results, raising issues to appropriate executives when required to achieve results
Recommend methods to improve performance with regard to service level agreements, metrics and measurements, and business trends
Assist in leading the internal (Professional Services) team on behalf of the client, motivating the team, coordinating across teams, anticipating and addressing client needs, and ensuring the highest possible quality of work generated by the team
Conduct meetings (including presentations and updates) with high level executives, brokers, carriers, consultants, and key partners
Assist in the development of new and adequate training & development plans
Manage customer relationships to maximize desired outcomes for the customers while increasing customer satisfaction and retention
