o Function as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator expert facilitator to assess employees and their teams to improve team communication and ways of working o Serve as learning and development liaison; conduct needs analysis for training programs and facilitate and organize as needed o Create and develop materials for retention and education of specialized population of employees and their leaders-- including a training academy, on-boarding materials and personal development curriculum o Develop and deliver training opportunities and implement programs as appropriate
o Deliver functional presentations at Sales Division meetings and Company Offsites as needed
o Liaise with global team, partnering on cross-regional projects, including roll-out of company-wide Human Resources Information System o Manage recruitment of junior level employees; work with hiring managers to identify and on-board talent across departments
o Establish rapport with employees and management to educate and enhance support for company policies, procedures and initiatives
