• Drove product innovation for both portfolios, by continuously reviewing current products and sourcing new suppliers and products in order to improve existing product specs and pricing. • Monthly analysis of product and profitability performances to ensure there was an awareness of challenging costs or product. This included line reviews and cost of product analysis. • Prepared all import orders for approval by management, and monitored production and shipments in order to meet customer deadlines. • Portfolios administrational duties included creation and maintenance of Master Product Schedules and adhering to set guidelines, preparation and distribution of Studio, Repro and Production Briefs, proofing and approval of product and packaging artwork.
• Prepared and participated in all trade shows and presentations for both customers, alongside respective Key Accounts, and internal sales launches. • Licensing performance forecasts for relevant licensors and ensured studio adhered to licensing requirements pertaining to portfolios.
• Liaison with all relevant departments, which included studio, key account managers, all regional sales teams, production, distribution, costing, sampling, shipping, inventory, finance, suppliers and licensing.
• Social media coordinator of all platforms, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. Duties included yearly content planning, online campaigns strategizing and implementation, and analytics reports. • Coordinated and implemented website development, working alongside a well-established branding and website development studio, as well as coordinated and managed a product shoot
across all portfolios.
