Feb. 2017 - Jan. 2019• Oversaw the highly visible “A Bridge Home Program” to provide temporary housing for the city’s Homelessness Program by project managing, resource planning, property identification, feasibility studies, environmental review, lease negotiation and execution, budget planning, program performance, and extensive collaboration with the Mayor’s Office, Council Offices, and City Agencies • Developed and managed an $85M Homeless Emergency Aid Grant Fund for the state, resulting in consistently achieving program expectations • Researched and assessed various areas of administrative, fiscal, budgetary, compensation, facilities, contract analysis, capital projects, and procedural analysis to identify key city activity and services improvements, delivering recommendations and reporting to the Mayor and City Council to influence strategic decision making • Prepared and managed the Capital Physical Plant budget and the Proposition O Clean Water Bond Program, providing accurate financial management in support of the citywide program • Structured the framework for the new SB1 Fund by establishing all the accounts and planning the revenues and expenditures, ensuring appropriate utilization of the funds
