Jan. 2019 - Dec. 2019San Francisco Bay Area• Target and convert new Contractors, Builders Architects, and Designers by building multiple relationships.
• Make 50 cold calls a day to prospective customers in order to generate new and existing business for the Sales Team of 10 Design Consultants
• Follow up on all types of leads generated from website, social media, referrals and phone calls • Network with contractors, builders, architects and designers through trade affiliations – approximately 2-4 a month
• Monthly and weekly reporting of main KPI is required including: 1st finalized client list with revenue for each account, Prospect/Customer report to measure size and change in prospects and clients counts, set the next month plan of Action, and report on previous months plan of action
• Support the Design center, 2 days a week, and 3 days a week at the secondary Showroom.
• Train and support New Sales Executives on Lead Generation
• Obtain contact information through various tools available (Websites, Construction Monitor, referrals, networking, etc).
• Support Sales Manager in updating CRM System –upfront Sales Process
• Marketing - Create opportunities and coordinate “Lunch and Learns” as well as Contractor Advisory Board meetings, maintain and update Lunch & Learn PowerPoint as a strategic selling point
• Send personalized mailers to generate interest on potential leads.
