• Experience of selling and servicing various financial products In depth auditing experience I gained whilst dealing with customers complaints at Barclays. I was able to resolve many complaints at a branch level without any need for further escalation. In multiple cases because I had an access to audit information on the system and filed documents in branch I managed to prevent complaints (quick reaction and knowledge of processes). That was usually an opportunity for training of less experienced colleagues.
In the past certain documents were sent from the branch within specified time limit and I used to check them before final submission. Also, part of the end of day procedures was to complete checking of documents before locking in our storage.
As the last few years at Barclays I was the most experienced sales person I was also responsible for training and preparing others to start working in Personal Bankers position. Regular checks on them were performed.
Checks were done on products like: Insurance sale, fact find, personal lending up to 25k, credit cards, accounts, final document submission, etc…
