Feb. 2015 - Jul. 2015Houston, Texas Area★Led acquisition of new, ancillary companies into Phillips 66, including the bid process (up to $500M in purchase price), implementation of systems, and acquisition of company assets/inventory. ★ Project-Managed the entire post-acquisition integration of a lubricant company with a large warehousing component (20 full-time employees and 1,000 hourly employees) and brought them into the SAP reporting platform - end goal was SAP Go-Live. o Managed implementation of new financial, IT, and HR systems of the newly acquired company ($1B in revenue).
o Empowered 13 Direct Reports - Accounting, HR, IT, Supply Chain/Warehousing, a team of Admins, Plant Leaders - including performance evaluations, raises, etc.
