Apr. 2018 - Feb. 2021Houston, Texas• Performs a total account call approach by clinically selling products to Nephrologists (Medical Directors) in Houston Medical Center, Houston South, Houston East, and to key decision makers at dialysis organizations such as Director of Operations, Clinic Managers, and dieticians. Collaborate daily with district sales manager, teammates, and KAM (key account manager) on sales planning initiatives.
•Houston District Sales Trainer as of 11/2019. Nominated by my district manager and my teammates. Collaborates with all other district sales trainers in the region/nation to identify clinical selling/training needs and roll out new resources and initiatives to the sales team.
• Buy & Bill product sale experience with an IV and oral calcimimetics (Parsabiv & Sensipar) as well as reimbursement process experience with dialysis facilities. ESA (Aranesp) sales experience.
• Conducts clinical presentations to Nephrologists in clinic as well as at monthly quality assessment meetings at the dialysis facilities, territory business reviews of BMM outcomes with Director of Operations at large dialysis organizations, as well as clinical in-services to further educate RNs, dietitians, and care teams.
• 2021 Final Ranking #13 in the nation • 2020 Chairman’s Circle Winner (106% SGA-exceeding nation, region, and district). Won Oct, Nov, and in running for Dec “Deliver the Growth Contest” (highest absolute volume growth)•Exceeded LDO goals both S1 & S2.
