Responsible for bench-marking, speakers research, build the agenda, develop and sell sponsorship packages, remotely contact and negotiate with suppliers and providers (including international hotel chains), sell tickets via mass mailing campaigns, coordination with marketing department for branded material, manage media partnerships, train new team members, ensure all the logistical details, run the conference and coordinate the staff onsite, feedback collection via survey and calls, data analysis and post-event report.
