Lead and direct designers and their work. Provide feedback, giving direction and helping find projects that stretch their abilities as well as utilize their strengths. Concept, direct and design work of all media types to help create a more cohesive and simplified experience for our consumers. Lead, developed and created both national and regional level campaigns for both print and digital channels. Took ownership of creative development for social media in April 2016. Partnered with another Sr art Director, to ideate, develop, execute, photograph, style and retouch all original content for social media posts for Facebook and Twitter channels. All with an extremely limited budget and few resources. We prided ourselves on being scrappy and innovative. Original content creative in the social media channels has proven through metrics that since taking over in April, we had significantly increased brand awareness, impressions, engagement, shares and likes. We had also seen an uplift in positivity and engagement through the comments section on Facebook. This set a precedence in the approach to social media at UHC and the program has created a significant uplift in brand awareness. The social media program that I helped to develop has significantly influenced the over all approach to voice and visuals at UHC, spreading into everything from out of home, digital, and printed marketing materials.
