The company acquired Jaysec Technologies and rebranded its software. Assisted in transitioning the customer support team to ResMed by creating training plans, hosting training, and supporting them throughout the acquisition/transition period. Enrolled 373 HME (Home Medical Equipment) organizations, drove acquisition and signed up of 3500 physicians valued at $70K+ per month in revenue. Worked on behalf of AeroCare to introduce the software to a broader clientele and built the locations from 10 to 300+. Generated, $420K+ in revenue, and saved $500K+ due to increased efficiency. Planned and launched software pilot with key customer in Hawaii, acquiring 150 physicians, and generating $3K+ in monthly revenue. Provided supervision and direction to a Solution Delivery Specialist hired to provide administrative support, creating user accounts, training, and other administrative functions. Generated prospects through the existing customer base, physician-driven lead, hospitals/clinics, and referrals. Subject matter expert providing advice and training new/existing clients on the strategies to drive sales. Partnered with the marketing team assisting in identifying tools needed once rebranded and the content for those pieces.
