Led a 4 person team on multiple projects (each ~4 months in duration) that included discovery, ideation, design and implementation. Success of the system implementation, led to expansion of system to include additional tenant with revenue growth of $119K. • Verizon Solutions Lab: As system owner, led the design, development, and implementation for refreshed sales representative interface, for both mobile and desktop. With the current Covid Pandemic environment, there is an increase in leadership responsibility to accommodate for rapid changes in scope as business critical requirements shift. Successful implementation of Agile methodologies and process management allowed for an increase from 2 code deploys per month to 20 clean code deploys within the first month of the pandemic.
