• Leadership: Development lead for 8 person teams composed of various skillsets (account managers, developers, QA testers, interaction designers, visual designers, and infrastructure specialists)
• Organizational Transformation: Served as process change management specialist for both internal and external processes for major client accounts Key Projects • Verizon Marketing Builder: As a project lead, I oversaw the day-to-day system updates for the project request management system’s user interface impacting ~1K users. Led a 4 person team on multiple projects (each ~4 months in duration) that included discovery, ideation, design and implementation. Success of the system implementation, led to expansion of system to include additional tenant with revenue growth of $119K.
• Verizon Solutions Lab: As system owner, led the design, development, and implementation for refreshed sales representative interface, for both mobile and desktop. Led 4 person team (consisting of account and development members) in multiple feature release projects (ranging from 2 to 4 months in duration). Success of project lead to system growth changing purpose from general knowledge repository, to specialized sales representative training platform.
• Denny’s Marketing Platform: As system owner, led 6 person team in weekly feature releases consisting of planning, design, development, testing, and implementation, for both mobile and desktop. With the current Covid Pandemic environment, there is an increase in leadership responsibility to accommodate for rapid changes in scope as business critical requirements shift. Successful implementation of Agile methodologies and process management allowed for an increase from 2 code deploys per month to 20 clean code deploys within the first month of the pandemic.
