I am leading the effort to Remarket our consultants whose projects are ending. I identify these consultants, arrange for a contact to be made in a timely fashion, and alert our teammates to their availability. Support and manage cost and spending for our external recruiting platforms. We monitor usage and give coaching when applicable Lead day to day and skill building training sessions in relation to sourcing and searches for all LOB’s
Understand trends in the market, and offer direction and focus for solutions to our Fulfillment teams.
Organize and prepare programs for management to implement for recruiting excellence Talent Sourcing and Performance Manager-Lead Recruiter
At Experis, I manage team of 7+ Talent Sourcing Coordinators to identify quality candidates in IT, Finance and Engineering to appease our clients’ needs and provide support for correlating recruiting teams. Provide Sourcing direction and leadership including setting sourcing goals and expectations, monitoring performance against goals and managing the Sourcing staff to those expectations. We continuously work with branch leadership to ensure that efforts of sourcing and recruiting are meeting branch needs and expectations and that they are working as a cohesive group Support the strategic objectives of the organization, driving recruiting excellence through the application of best practices, structured approaches, lessons learned, continuous improvement, and ultimately, superior operational results.
Lead training initiatives for new associates, development courses for current teammates and introduce fresh techniques for organization, teams and individuals. We have helped transition 5 Talent Sourcing Coordinators to promotions within Experis since 2014. Specialties: Strategic Sourcing leadership, continuous process improvement projects, and change management.
