- Creating and maintaining the communication between the EDI companies.
- Support the customer to create and generate the EDI documents.
- Understanding the logistical process of the customer.
- Understanding the business rules of the companies
- Analyze the requests and apply the rules to the system according to each customer process.
- Suggesting technical improvements in the operational process of the support team.
- Suggesting new procedures for the knowledge base.
- Following the KPIs of the team and contributing to the improvements for the next steps.
