Paperwork for daily transactions are a compilation of reports and receipts for respective accounts regarding business transactions throughout the day. Maintaining the store layout and merchandising are to meet marketing expectations for business image and optimal sales. Organizing training schedules meant strategizing the completion of web based trainings in a specific time frame. All operations are necessary for annual audit and company compliance. In addition, management relied on my creative skills to create sales oriented competitions within the store to achieve goals in sales and surpass expectations of our area manager.Acting as an intermediary for our client consumer to the company. Customer service offered at retail locations are limited by the policies set by the customer and it is my responsibility to translate the issue at hand with the customer and seeking the proper resources within the company to alleviate the problem. This includes issues with billing, devices, and existing services used by the customer. As a sales support representative, utilization of knowledge of existing policies and resources available are required to resolve customer service issues. Personalized solutions include translating telecommunication needs into a specific products offered by the company. This includes analyzing existing accounts for optimal sales for the company and savings for the customer.
