-Provided critical feedback regarding the management of program delivery quality issues, including both verbal and written communication when initial steps did not resolve issues.
-Ensured quality reports and audits including communications, with national and international data standards including communication, and internal and external stakeholders aligned to achieve program design, operability and best practice standards.
-Analyzed, interpreted results and trends, and summarized data to support utilization, system and pro- gram planning, quality improvement and assurance, research, and other initiatives across the organization.
