In my career in the field of management systems and business process automation, and have spent over 25 years working with mid-sized and large companies. My past includes leading local branches of leading companies in this area. I opened a Navision office in Latvia, which was later acquired by Microsoft and became the foundation for Microsoft Business Central. My career continued at Oracle, where I led the corporate automation direction, and the subsequent 10 years I dedicated to working at SAP—a company that is a global leader in corporate process automation. Here, I progressed from a sales manager in the CIS to handling strategic planning on a global level. Today, I am a co-founder and partner of several companies operating in the field of corporate automation and artificial intelligence. I am actively involved in developing and implementing strategies aimed at scaling business, global expansion, and building strategic alliances. Additionally, I founded a business accelerator, within which I help companies create strategies and scale businesses through tools such as product creation, unique market positioning, building marketing engines, preparing teams for growth, and entering international markets. My vision for the future is to continue working on innovations in the field of automation and AI, as well as scaling businesses on a global level. I strive to help my clients achieve exponential business growth and transform their industries by implementing new technologies and tools in business management.
