Create executive dashboards. Etc  Weekly reporting and updates (not just end of month)  Create process documentation for Internet Policy and Procedures (enforce these policies)  Response time  What to send, when to send, how to send  Reporting requirements  Etc  Find opportunities to grow the business, increase leads, increase sales
