o Websites (active, live, accurate)
Manage website venders / partners
Manage Inventory venders / partners
Manage Photography venders / partners / staff
Manage pricing, sources, options, new technology opportunities
o CRM
CRM processes, emails, etc
Lead sources (manage, sort, test for accuracy monthly)
Managed CRM vender (stay up to date, keep system working properly
o Online Marketing
Managed budgets (set by executive mgt)
Google, 3rd party, etc
Create dashboards for ROI analysis by source
Work with venders / consultants
o Staff & Training
Work with GM's to hire Internet staff
Train all Internet staff (ongoing – best practices)
Goal of this position would be to bridge communication btw Owners and GM's (in regards to online operations)
Secondary goal of this position would be to working daily with internet mgrs and staff in each location
o Reporting & Structure
Direct report would be John/David
Would work closely and have a tight relationship with GM/GSM/IM
Responsible to create weekly reports (dashboards) to share with management and staff (in person)
Eventually ability to do budget projections and sales projections for executive mgt
o Operations
Manage and maintain staff levels for internet depts for all stores
Manage and maintain (and improve) reporting. Create executive dashboards. Etc
Weekly reporting and updates (not just end of month)
Create process documentation for Internet Policy and Procedures (enforce these policies)
