In this role, my duties include: - Manage a team of creative directors, graphic designers, web developers, motion designers, copywriters, project managers, photographers, videographers and marketing directors. - Develop annual strategic communications plans for AWKNG, Inc. as well as each individual nonprofit entity.
- Support each nonprofit department with product marketing plans and B2C strategy. - Increase quarterly leads and conversions by 12%. - Oversee the development and implementation of social media strategy across 32 platforms. - Manage a marketing budget of 300k, annually. - Develop and implement a Fundraising Pipeline with an annual donor goal of $1.4 million. - Oversee brand development and continuity. - Develop marketing plans and strategies for global initiatives: Netherlands, South America, Brazil, France. - Oversee and direct SEO project for all departments and ensure consistency.
